This is the Norton LITE BLUE BURNISH pad.

SIZES; 23" to 32" (3-1/4" removable center).
Softest ultra high speed pad for delivering a deep gloss shine. Use on machines 1000-3000 rpm on floors with soft to medium finishes.
These pads are dipped not sprayed which makes for a longer lasting pad.
The 23", 25",26" & 28" to 32" pads are a non stock item so allow an extra 3-5 days for delivery.
